Related currently owns and operates over 80,000 rental homes across the US. Through the Related Life programme, residents have access to exclusive events, experiences and partnerships with top brands to enjoy in their city.
This is the only BtR development at the 67-acre King’s Cross estate and it is ideally located for the growing number of people working at the likes of Meta, Google, Sony Music Entertainment UK, Universal Music and other employers on the estate.

Related Argent's UK BtR portfolio
Related Argent is developing the site in partnership with the King’s Cross Central Limited Partnership (KCCLP), the freehold owner of the King’s Cross Estate. KCCLP brings together pension fund AustralianSuper, clients of the international business of Federated Hermes and Argent investors.
Investment into UK build-to-rent has climbed by 50% so far this year, with £1.7bn in deals agreed in the first quarter of 2022.
